POLICIES

HANDMADE WITH CHARACTER

Every Rebel & Rogues accessory is handmade, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Small variations, marks, textures and minor imperfections may occur as a natural result of the handmade process. These are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

Every piece is carefully checked before being sent out, and we will never knowingly send an accessory that does not meet our quality standards.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Due to the handmade nature of Rebel & Rogues and the volume of orders received during restocks, please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but this processing time allows for any unexpected delays.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, Rebel & Rogues cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused during transit. However, if your parcel does not arrive or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your accessories arrive damaged, please contact Rebel & Rogues within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We cannot guarantee that claims made after this period are the result of damage that occurred during transit and therefore may be unable to offer a replacement or resolution.

If an item is confirmed to have been damaged during delivery, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement. If the exact item is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our accessories and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We also cannot accept exchanges on pieces described as “Made From Slab”. These pieces are individually handmade, meaning each accessory will be unique, with variations in pattern, texture and placement while maintaining the same overall colour scheme. By purchasing a Made From Slab piece, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

If a Made From Slab piece is confirmed to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will assess the issue and, where possible, provide a replacement. Any replacement will be subject to availability and may not be identical to the original piece.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR REBEL & ROGUES

Polymer clay is lightweight and durable when treated with care. To keep your accessories looking their best:

  • DO NOT bend or deliberately flex your accessories.
  • DO NOT wear your accessories while sleeping.
  • DO NOT wear your accessories in water or while bathing or swimming.
  • Avoid contact with lotions, makeup, perfumes and other beauty products.
  • Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth when needed.
  • Store your accessories in a clean, dry place.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

With a little care, your Rebel & Rogues pieces can be enjoyed for years to come.
